We will only stop adding to the page when we have more downloadables than any other RCT site on the net. Help on saving, sending and using all downloadables

In order to send your track design in, you need to click on the ride in RCT, click the small disk icon on the top toolbar and click 'Save Track Design'. Choose a name for it and save it wherever you want (default is in the 'tracks' folder of your RCT directory on your hard drive). Then, open up a new email addressed to track@gamesway.co.uk and attach the file you have just saved.

In order to use a track design or scenario downloaded from here, click the 'download' link for the file you want. Then you have a choice of two things: 1) Save the file anywhere on your hard drive and double-click it to install it or; 2) Save the file in the games "tracks" directory or "scenarios" directory depending on what it is. An example of what the location of this directory usually is is shown below.

C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\RollerCoaster Tycoon\Tracks *or* Scenarios

Then when you are in the game, the downloaded track design will be visible in the box for the relevant rollercoaster that lets you decide whether to choose a pre-made ride or to 'build custom design'. The scenario will be visible on the scenario screen.  [top]
